About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Hyderabad or Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and be a proactive and results-oriented professional. You will play a key role in supporting our employees and business objectives across various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management:

  Facilitate the performance appraisal process, including band crossovers and promotions. You will also be responsible for resolving ad-hoc employee queries and providing support for performance-related issues.

• Compensation & Benefits:

  Assist in tasks related to compensation benchmarking and coming up with compensation plan.

• HR System & Data Management:

  Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by performing folder audits and regularly updating employee records.

• Recruitment Support:

  Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes managing vendor agreements, coordinating with recruitment agencies, and updating candidate records in Zoho Recruit.

• Employee Engagement & Relations:

  Organize and coordinate various employee engagement activities, such as team lunches, fun meets, etc. You will also be the first point of contact for employees, handling conflict resolution, and conducting regular connect calls to build strong relationships.

• HR Operations & Administration:

  Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including pre-boarding, onboarding, and updating employee records in Zoho People. You will also be responsible for conducting and submitting Background Verification (BGV) checks and ensuring timely HR payroll inputs.

• General HR Support:

  Provide support for various ad-hoc HR projects and duties, including visa preparation, and event organization. You will also be involved in tasks like managing contingency agreements and task-based performance appraisals.

Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner for 3-6 years.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• You need to work from office (hybrid model) and need to be located in any one of the following cities: Hyderabad OR Pune.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
