HR Generalist

What you’ll do

Be the
first point of contact
for our team on all HR matters.
Own
end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- from job postings to interviews to seamless induction.
Manage the
employee lifecycle
: contracts, payroll coordination, leaves, compliance.
Set up and streamline
policies & processes
(attendance, performance reviews, HR systems).
Partner with leadership to design
culture & engagement initiatives
that make EO2 EXP a joyful place to work.
Support in designing
performance management & career growth frameworks
.
Coordinate with Finance (CFO) on compensation, benefits, and vendor compliance.

What you’ll bring

4-6 years of experience in HR generalist / people operations roles in relevant industry.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
Ability to balance structure with empathy - you get the rules, but you also get people.
Proactive problem-solving and a “let’s figure it out” mindset.
A love for creative, entertainment-driven workplaces.
