The Role We’re looking for an HR Executive who can support our core people functions—recruitment, onboarding, compliance, documentation, and engagement. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure everything HR runs smoothly and professionally—while keeping the culture warm, open, and collaborative. What You’ll Do ● Own and execute end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding ● Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation ● Coordinate with vendors for payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements ● Assist in implementing HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures ● Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms ● Be the go-to person for day-to-day employee queries ● Pitch in on everything from offer rollouts to birthday celebrations—you're the vibe keeper! Who we’re looking for You’re detail-oriented, approachable, and thrive in a structured-yet-creative workspace. You have a solid understanding of HR basics and are eager to learn more. You know how to manage confidential information, juggle multiple priorities, and bring a people-first approach to your work. Whether it’s paperwork or people problems—you’ve got it handled. ● 1–2 years of experience in HR or People Operations ● Familiarity with HR software, Google Workspace, and Excel ● Great written and verbal communication skills ● Strong time management and organizational abilities ● Experience handling recruitment and employee documentation ● Bonus if you’ve worked in a startup, agency, or creative industry Show more Show less
