Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, coordinating interviews)
• Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding
• Handle basic HR operations and documentation
• Support employee engagement and feedback initiatives
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring and staffing needs

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good with MS Office/Google Sheets
• Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt
