Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resource Executive at our IT and services company in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for participating in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, and maintaining employee records and HR databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Furthermore, you will administer HR-related documents such as employment contracts, agreements, and HR policies. You will also coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions. Your role will involve assisting in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs and supporting employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, events, and employee recognition programs. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent planning and organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently are also essential for success in this position.
