Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Chandigarh, India. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting the development and management of HR strategies. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, facilitating employee relations, and contributing to the overall organizational success through talent management and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proven experience with HR software tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance is an advantage
