Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist in our growing company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. This includes overseeing recruitment, coordinating payroll with the accounting team, resolving HR issues, and more. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Draft job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds.
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
  • Support HR functions such as payroll coordination, leave management, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
