Human Resources Generalist

As an HR Personnel at Birla Carbon Andhra Pradesh Limited, your role will be crucial in implementing the HR strategy and action plan at the Naidupeta Plant. You will have to manage a headcount of 90 employees and oversee the manufacturing volume of 120 KTPA in Phase 1 of the project. Reporting to the Plant HR Head, you will be responsible for executing key HR processes and activities to ensure alignment with organizational values and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding** - Handle end-to-end recruitment for all categories. - Coordinate with functional heads for manpower planning and deployment. - Facilitate onboarding, induction, and initial training for new joiners. - **Training and Development** - Preparation of Training Calendar. - Coordination of Internal and External Trainings. - **Employee Engagement & Welfare** - Drive plant-level engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives. - Organize cultural and employee well-being activities. - Address grievances promptly and maintain a positive work environment. - **Performance Management & Development** - Coordinate the annual goal-setting and appraisal process. - Support line managers in employee performance reviews and development planning. - Assist in skill development and capability-building initiatives. - **HR Operations & HRIS** - Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HRIS data. - Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS. In this role, your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, training, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. Your contributions will be essential in building a motivated and compliant workforce at the Naidupeta Plant.,
