Were now gearing up for rapid expansion through franchising - and we need someone who can lead that charge. What Youll Do This is a high-impact role where youll be actively responsible for bringing new franchisees on board. Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners across India Pitch the Bikester Global franchise model and handle all early-stage discussions Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads from first call to franchise agreement Conduct presentations and meetings to close deals Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding Create franchise sales reports and dashboards to track performance What Were Looking For 2+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel partnerships Strong communication and negotiation skills you can win trust and close deals Experience in retail/franchise expansion preferred ( Apparel, or similar industries) Self-starter with a figure it out and get it done mindset Fluent in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus Willingness to travel (Pan India) What You Get Competitive base + performance-based incentives Ownership and autonomy to build a high-impact vertical from scratch Chance to be part of a fast-growing retail brand with national ambitions A passionate, no-nonsense team that moves fast and builds big Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month Show more Show less
