Help employees to prepare their MDP and ensuring 100% completion as per 70:20:10 learning framework within the timeline. Coordinating towards 100% completion of MYR as per timeline Ensure employee evaluation and manager evaluation as per timeline Prepare bell curve for ACR Coordinate and compile recommendations for promotion/resignation and pre normalization/post normalization rating Assisting HR Head in checking the final compensation in Poornata Talent Management Assisting Unit HR Head in carrying out the Group Talent Management Initiatives at Unit level Help the Talent Pool Members to prepare their MDP Coordination for completion of MDP Employee Engagement & OE Ensure Vibes Survey & One Voice survey completion on time Prepare Action plan on improvement areas Upload the action plan in Poornata Organize employee satisfaction for township residents Ensure ABG Value celebration, REPRISM, Engineers Day and other group level/Business level celebration or initiatives at the Unit Preparation of half-yearly Unit E-Magazine Organizing Quarterly Mass Communication Meet Coordinate for nomination for ABG Awards
