Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our growing team. He will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring goods and services at the best possible value for the customers. This position requires strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Manage the procurement process for assigned projects, from requirement gathering to order placement and delivery. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential suppliers. Request, analyze, and negotiate quotes from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, including Quotes, purchase orders and Proposals/RFP. Manage vendor relationships, fostering positive communication and collaboration. Monitor and track purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of goods and services. Conduct research to identify new and cost-effective sourcing opportunities. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in procurement processes. Assist with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Finance, Operations, and Engineering. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any stream (preferably BSC/MSC (IT). Business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Should have basic IT Knowledge Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
