High-Volume BPO Recruiter (1 - 3 years) Consultancy Model

Role Summary
Were hiring recruiters who can own end-to-end high-volume hiring for voice, non-voice, chat and blended processes. This is a target-driven consultancy role for operators who combine fast sourcing with high screening accuracy and relentless candidate engagement.
What You Will Own (Day-to-Day)
- Manage end-to-end hiring for domestic and international BPO processes across voice, non-voice, chat, and blended roles.
- Achieve daily funnel targets with consistency: sourcing screening shortlisting interviews selection joining.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Naukri RMS, Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/database intelligence, referrals, and campus channels.
- Conduct high-volume daily screenings (2540/day) and deliver qualified candidate submissions (1015/day).
- Drive conversions through proactive follow-ups, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with client SPOCs to understand requirements, forecast hiring needs, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, recruitment trackers, and provide timely daily/weekly status updates to clients.
- Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate fit for specific BPO processes.
- Manage end-to-end clientcandidate communication, including scheduling, feedback sharing, and progress updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Lead offer negotiations and close hires within agreed timelines, ensuring strong joining quality.
Success metrics (how we measure you)
- Daily/weekly screening & submission count (targets set per mandate).
- Submission interview selection conversion ratios.
- Time-to-fill and joining quality (no-show & attrition metrics).
- Adherence to SLAs and accuracy of candidate profiles.
- Client satisfaction & repeat mandates.
Must-have (non-negotiable)
- 13 years hands-on experience in BPO/high-volume recruitment (domestic or international).
- Proficiency with Boolean search and Naukri filters / RMS.
- Strong pipeline management and daily reporting discipline.
- Excellent communication, candidate negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a consultancy environment.
Good to have
- Experience managing blended or international voice processes.
- Prior exposure to ATS tools and fully automated dashboards.
- Campus hiring or bulk onboarding experience.
