Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter with strong BPO and support hiring experience, you will manage

the end-to-end recruitment process for customer support, technical support, and

related operational roles. You will source, screen, and onboard top talent while ensuring

alignment with business needs and growth plans.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or

technical/customer support hiring.

  • Skills: Expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates for technical and

non-technical roles using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).
  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles including Sr. CSA, CSA, Team Leads,

Trainers, and Technical Support Engineers.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and operations leads.
  • Maintain an organized talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous

improvement.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring

process.

  • Partner with HR, operations, and training teams to align recruitment with

company growth and talent development initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience hiring high-volume customer and technical support teams.
  • Familiarity with technical support roles, customer service, and operational

functions.

  • Proficiency with ATS, recruitment software, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage multiple

priorities.

  • Proactive in employer branding, talent sourcing strategies, and process

improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
