Position: Project Coordinator Experience: 2-3yrs Location: Malad - Mumbai Requirement: - Educational background: Preferably in the fields of BBA / MBA - Preferably graduates from the IT background (BE/B Tech/ BCA) - Understanding of software development and web technologies, tools like JIRA and confluence. - Good client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Added advantage - prior experience in the banking domain. Responsibilities: - Coordinate with internal resources for application integration discussions. - Ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues for our banking clients, with a specific emphasis on Multi-Factor Authentication integration efforts. - Diligent Follow-up with multiple stakeholders (internal and customers) - Maintaining project artifacts (JIRA dashboards) and ensuring deliverables are delivered on time. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation using Confluence pages about the integration details with the help of technical teams. - Ensure integration calls are scheduled with the technical teams and integrating applications - Develop a detailed customization plan to track the progress of integrating applications until Go-Live. - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage cordial relationships with the client and all stakeholders - Contribute to account growth and client satisfaction Show more Show less
