Job Description

Technical Project Coordinator

Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams.
Manage tasks, tickets, and workflows in
ZOHO
(Projects/CRM/Desk).
Support
Scrum/Agile
functions: sprint planning, standups, tracking deliverables.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports

Scrum Master certification (optional).

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with
ZOHO portals
.
Good understanding of
Scrum / Agile
methodology.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle project timelines.
Basic technical understanding of web/software projects.
