Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role located in Surat. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and clients, to deliver effective technical solutions. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills with a proven ability to oversee and guide projects from start to completion.
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and evaluating project requirements.
• Team Leadership capabilities to inspire, guide, and manage team members effectively.
• Proven experience in managing technical projects, preferably in a Shopify or web development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and other project management frameworks is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
