Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to support and strengthen core HR functions within our organization. This role will focus on employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, policy execution, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Experience
· Act as a key point of contact for employees for all HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and a supportive HR presence.
· Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a smooth and consistent experience for new and exiting employees.
· Maintain and regularly update employee data and records in HRIS systems (such as GreytHR), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Support payroll coordination by sharing accurate inputs and updates.
· Administer benefits and employee welfare programs and respond to related queries.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal practices.
Employee Engagement & Culture
· Design and implement engagement activities including employee feedback surveys, team-building events, wellness initiatives, and culture-building programs.
· Manage employee communication and recognition programs that foster a motivated and connected workforce.
· Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
Performance Management & Development
· Coordinate the performance review cycles and help in goal setting, progress tracking, and feedback collection.
· Support managers in delivering effective and fair performance conversations.
· Assist in identifying training and development needs and contribute to executing L&D initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure HR policies, employee handbooks, and practices are up to date and legally compliant.
· Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards to monitor metrics such as employee engagement, turnover, and attendance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role.
· Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
· Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably GreytHR).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
· Familiarity with employee engagement and feedback tools is an added advantage.
