Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of aligning HR practices with business goals to foster a positive work culture and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance appraisal cycles, career development, and training initiatives.
• Work with management to identify workforce needs and plan HR strategies.
• Maintain HR reports, analytics, and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations and employee management.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT/Tech industry HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
