Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Engineer – FMS with basic knowledge of desktop support, printers, and networking. The role involves on-site and remote support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, network setup, and device maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers Basic network support, including LAN setup, access points, and cabling Understanding of switches, IP addressing, and firewall concepts Provide timely field support and maintain issue logs Coordinate with teams to resolve escalated issues Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT or related field Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and peripherals Good communication skills Willing to travel for on-site support Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
