Job Summary


HR Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
  • Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening of candidates
  • Support campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
  • Follow up with candidates and manage the offer rollout process

HR Operations:

  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
  • Support HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts
  • Coordinate with employees for document collection and verification
  • Assist in background verification and reference checks
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records
  • Maintain HR filing systems (both physical and digital)

Employee Engagement & Administration:

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Support exit formalities, including clearance and full & final settlement documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless HR operations
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • MBA/PGDM in HR

    or

    BBA with HR specialization

  • Bachelor's degree

    in any discipline with HR certification is also acceptable



Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Internship experience in HR or recruitment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
