Roles & Responsibilities: (Work from Office) Design visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials. Create engaging illustrations, infographics, and UI/UX elements to enhance digital experiences. Develop compelling layouts for advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional content. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Edit and enhance images, videos, and motion graphics as needed. Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to continuously improve design quality. Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and messaging strategies. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively. Required Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Video editing proficiency (After Effects or Camtasia) Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile apps. Ability to create motion graphics and video edits is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary design revisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification Required: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. Experience: 0 – 2 years.
