Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and email campaigns.
Develop brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, corporate presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
Support campaign ideation for new launches, events, and project promotions in the Noida region.
Create visual assets that align with brand guidelines and enhance overall brand visibility.
Edit and enhance property images, site visuals, and walkthrough graphics for marketing use.
Coordinate with printing vendors, fabricators, and production agencies to ensure quality output.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and real estate creative standards.
Work on multiple design assignments simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
2-5 years of design experience (real estate industry experience is an added advantage).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and motion tools (optional but preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
Excellent sense of typography, color combinations, layout, and creative storytelling.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage workload efficiently and work under tight timelines.
