Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong design skills and the ability to finish designs on time to meet the demands of the marketing team and enhance brand visibility. They should communicate effectively with both marketing and development teams to ensure every design is thoughtfully crafted and delivered as required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including Social Media Team, Developers, and Copywriters, meet marketing requirements and project objectives into compelling digital design concepts.

Create visually captivating and innovative designs for Websites, Landing pages, Social Media assets, Digital Ads, Email campaigns, and other digital media platforms.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across various digital touchpoints.

Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting\-edge solutions.

Conduct research on user behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive innovation and deliver high\-quality design outcomes.

Take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements

1\-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a creative agency or related industry.

Proficiency in industry\-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.

Detail\-oriented, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually engaging experiences.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving design trends
