Create visually captivating and innovative designs for Websites, Landing pages, Social Media assets, Digital Ads, Email campaigns, and other digital media platforms. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across various digital touchpoints. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Conduct research on user behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user experience. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive innovation and deliver high-quality design outcomes. Take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Requirements. 0-1 year of proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role in a creative agency or related industry. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design for various digital platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices is a plus.
