Key Responsibilities - 1) Project Planning and Execution -You will be responsible for meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. 2) Problem-Solving and Decision-Making -Your role involves addressing complex architectural challenges, making critical decisions on design solutions, materials selection, and construction methodologies to ensure project success. 3) Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams -Foster collaboration with design teams, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions seamlessly with other disciplines and achieve project objectives. 4) Leadership and Mentorship- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior architects and team members, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning. 5) Process Improvement and Innovation -Drive process improvements, implement innovative design strategies, and adopt emerging technologies to enhance architectural efficiency and elevate design outcomes. 6) Technical or Customer Facing Responsibilities -Engage in technical 0discussions with clients, present design proposals, and ensure that architectural solutions meet client requirements and exceed expectations. 7) Government Authorities Coordination -Coordinate with local government authorities RERA, since Approval to completion.
