Manager Architect

Role & responsibilities

1- Prepare Architectural brief for the architect and other consultant based the feedback from management and the marketing team.

2- Act as interface between client, Architect and the site on design related issues.

3- Act as supervisor on Architect and consultant and ensure that the vision of management and the Marketing team reflects in the design.

4- Supervise submission of drawings by the architect and consultant to the Development Authority.

5- Prepare delivery schedule of the drawings by the Architect and consultant and ensure that the drawings are delivered to the site well before schedule.

6- Interact and visit the sites to ensure that the work is being done at site per intent of the project and there are no deviations unless ordered by the management.

7- Ensure to obtain timely clearance from EIA/pollution control board (consent to establish, consent to operate, fire NOC, clearance from groundwater board and Airport Authority. He will also be responsible for registration of the project with RERA.

8- Ensure timely extensions of the approvals and also the approval of the deviation in the project.

9- He will also be responsible for keeping records of happenings the project and then prepare brief history of the project and lessons learned.

10- Maintain record of cash per square feet to the building and services.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: B.Arch

Exp: 5 to 8 years

Experience in Real Estate industry
