Green World Consulting Pvt Ltd established in 2013 and based in Noida, is a growing organisation specializing in infrastructure , civil work, electrical services and turnkey construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead concept designing, planning, and development of architectural drawings.
Manage and guide junior architects and draftsmen.
Coordinate with clients, consultants (structural, MEP, interiors), and vendors.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, bye-laws, and approval norms.
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and resolve architectural queries.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and material selections.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
4–7 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
Good understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
