Manager Architect

About this Job:

To develop and interpret a range of structural designs and also act as mentors, managers, and advisors.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing all the Design Plans

    during the conceptual stage of the Project and to make sure they are in line with the Business requirement.
2. Prepare feasibility studies and preliminary drawings for new projects. 

3. Ensuring all the Designs are as per Industry standards

    and Government Regulations.
4. Interacting with the laisoning team and making sure that the drawings are submitted as required by the approval authorities.

5. Delivery of GFC drawings

   from the design consultants for all the Projects.
6. For doing a Preliminary check on the GFC drawings released by the AR, ST and MEPF Consultants to make sure that there are no co-ordination errors.

7. Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and help them interpret design specifications.

8. Training and supervising junior Architects
9. Should have 

   knowledge of National building code as well as ISI codes

10. Should be able to work out and cross check quantities from Quantity Survey our as well as from site and the architects. 
11. Should have knowledge of the latest specifications for different types of building finishing products. 
12. Should be able to study the working drawings of the project architects, visualize the same ( get them corrected if ambiguity exists) and then forward the same to site for execution so that the sites have minimum confusion during construction. 
13. Attended the site meetings of architects and other consultants and contractors to solve the problems of coordinated drawings between different consultants if they are not in a position to solve. While doing so keeping in mind the different contract conditions that every party operates in. 

Job Requirement :

• Must Have - 6-11 years experience, in the relevant field

   of Architecture.

  , with relevant education background.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar. 

  Preferable from NICMAR or Similar Education Background ( B.Arch)

• The relevant state license.

• A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.

• In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
