Carrying out Involve in Internal/External ISO Audit & responsible for timely closing of SOR/NCR raised during the audit., Trial Mix of various grades of concrete, QA/QC lab audits, Inter zone and Third party Quality Audits.
Ensuring timely calibration of batching plants/lab equipments & monitoring necessary Inhouse/ 03rd party laboratory testing as per approved ITP.
Inspection of all the raw materials. Prepare method of statement of various work as per requirement, work related Documents of contractors and validate that documents.
Approve Work Inspection report (WIR)for Pre, during and Post works.
Inspection of ongoing construction activities like Aluform Shuttering work, steel work, Concrete, Tiling, waterproofing, Plasterwork, block work, putty , gypsum plaster work , paint, false ceiling etc. Taking care of temperature-controlled concrete during casting of important structures like D walls, Roof Slab, Base Slab, Precast Segment etc
Critical NC Issue Report. Verifying the documentation and preparation of weekly Report and MIS to submit Manager.
Conducting In-house Quality Training at QC Lab & Plant area to increase awareness among workers, staff etc. on regular basis.
With 15 to 18 years QA/QC experience
Should have strong knowledge in ISO Code and Compliance
