Quality Supervisor- Residential Building Projects

Location:

Role Purpose

To ensure execution of construction works meets defined quality standards through inspections, testing, preventive actions, and continuous coordination with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming material inspections and ensure routine in-house testing as per approved standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of ongoing works and identify defects or deviations in execution.
• Analyze quality issues and suggest remedial and preventive actions in consultation with Site In-charge.
• Advise corrective and precautionary actions to prevent quality lapses at site.
• Develop and implement specifications and guidelines for construction materials as applicable.
• Review and monitor

  Concrete Mix Design

  and related quality parameters.
• Observe and report defects in materials received at site and during execution.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation systematically.
• Ensure quality compliance for structures nearing completion and buildings ready for possession.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure workmanship meets defined standards.
• Support quality audits and compliance checks as required.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• 510 years of experience in construction quality supervision
• Knowledge of material testing, site quality practices, and execution standards
• Exposure to residential building projects preferred
