This role requires strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD , along with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to consistent and clean project workflows. This position provides exposure to all aspects of BIM production, including: Model creation Documentation & sheet development Revit family/library creation Model administration Schedules & quantity extraction Coordination support What You’ll Be Doing: Produce accurate CAD drawings and Revit models for architectural, structural, or MEP packages. Create and maintain Revit families , CAD blocks , and office libraries. Receive and execute work assignments from the BIM Coordinator or project leads. Review your work for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project standards. Follow established quality-control checklists and submit work according to deadlines. Maintain organized digital files and follow CDE/model management protocols. Provide weekly timesheets with clear descriptions of completed tasks. Assist with printing, plotting, and model exports as required. Maintain a positive, learning-focused attitude and collaborate closely with the project team. Performance Expectations: Deliver accurate models, drawings, and documentation on time . Demonstrate continuous learning and curiosity in BIM workflows. Maintain a professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach. Communicate clearly and proactively with team members. Show responsibility in time tracking and task management. What We’re Looking For: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a construction-related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD . Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) certification is preferred. Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing. Practical experience in BIM workflows using Autodesk software. Immediate joiners preferred, but all strong candidates are welcome. Open to full-time applicants; part-time contract applicants may also be considered. As we open our new Bangalore office, we’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator who is ready to take ownership, collaborate closely with a growing team, and play a key role in building our BIM capabilities from day one. Set up project BIM models, including templates, libraries, parameters, and worksets tailored to project requirements. Review and interpret BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), and contractor BIM submissions. Conduct BIM model audits and health checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards. Perform clash detection, federate models, and run coordination reviews using Navisworks and Revit. Validate model updates, track design changes, and ensure alignment across disciplines. Extract schedules, quantities, and data from progressive models with precision. Manage CDE workflows via Autodesk Docs / BIM 360, ensuring clean version control and documentation structure. Support ISO 19650-based workflows, documentation, and naming standards. Integrate point cloud and reality capture data using Recap and related tools. Develop or support automation using Dynamo, Revit API scripts, or Python-based workflows. Provide technical guidance, onboarding, and BIM training to internal project teams. Lead internal BIM coordination meetings and prepare minutes (MOMs). Support final project handover by ensuring complete and accurate as-built BIM models. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or related AEC field. 6+ years of BIM experience with strong multidisciplinary coordination (Arch/Str/MEP). Expert-level proficiency in Revit , Navisworks Manage , AutoCAD , Autodesk Docs / BIM 360 , and Recap . Strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD definitions (200/300/350), and structured delivery workflows. Hands-on experience with clash detection, model auditing, and coordinating with multiple disciplines. Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and structured BIM documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bonus: Experience with Dynamo, Revit API, or workflow automation.
