Senior Architect

· Represent the company along with Project Architect in all corporate interior and commercial projects.

· Assist the Project Architect in leading projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design outcomes.

· Understand client requirements, prepare feasibility reports, and develop design proposals accordingly.

· Create design concepts and presentations aligned with client needs, building usage, local norms, and environmental considerations.

· Prepare detailed architectural plans and make necessary revisions for client approvals as per company standards.

· Coordinate with the 3D visualization team to ensure high-quality conceptual visual outputs for assigned projects.

· Review and design architectural and corporate interior plans using the BIM platform in line with company standards.

· Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

· Conduct regular site visits and inspections; provide reports on site execution quality.

· Prepare coordinated services drawings, GFC drawings, and issue them to the site team as required.

· Support the project management team throughout the project lifecycle regarding design details outlined in construction documents.

· Coordinate with service consultants and review service drawings including electrical, HVAC, networking, fire & safety systems, etc.

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and targets.

· Mentor Junior Architects, guiding them in enhancing their design skills, technical tool proficiency, and industry knowledge.

· Collaborate and liaise with construction professionals throughout project execution.

· Stay updated with architectural and corporate interior design trends, materials, and advancements.

Perform any other duties as required by DT Studio Pvt. Ltd. from time to time.

· Revit LOD 400, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Lumion and AutoCAD. Experience in corporate interiors field.

· In-depth understanding of software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹79,240.57 per month
