About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, monitoring employee performance, and building strong internship partnerships with colleges. This role also involves campus visits, onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Develop effective hiring strategies to build strong teams across functions.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future requirements.


Internship & Campus Collaboration

  • Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities.
  • Conduct campus drives, seminars, and career talks to attract student talent.
  • Coordinate internship programs, from selection to conversion into full-time roles.


Employee Performance & Engagement

  • Monitor and track employee performance and provide reports to management.
  • Assist in developing performance review systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.


HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll and compliance activities in coordination with the finance team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, HR standards, and legal regulations.


General HR Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist management in strategic HR initiatives as required.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment & operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to visit colleges and represent the company in external forums.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
