Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and academic leaders across Pune.
• Source students for various programs through campus drives, seminars, and student communities.
• Coordinate with college personalities and stakeholders for podcast shoot collaborations.
• Represent Ethan's Tech during college events, workshops, and meetings.
• Work closely with the internal team to plan and execute college engagement activities.
