●Handling the end-to-end recruitment process: Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
● Employee Management & Assessment
● Overseeing the daily operations of the HR department
● Ensuring the talent pipeline is arranged for present and future requirements.
● Mapping the market and establishing a strong industry network by utilising professional sites and various job portals.
● Working directly with the founders and witnessing the 0 to 1 journey first-hand
● No bar on the educational background as long as you have other desired skills and are keen to learn
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to collaborate with team members
● Good networking skills, self-motivated, organised
