Job Title: HR Executive

Job Description:
RBA Realtors is looking for an experienced HR Executive (2–3 years) to manage HR operations and support team growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people-oriented, with experience in employee records management, motivating sales teams, and improving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Track employee attendance, sales visits, and work performance
• Motivate and support sales employees to achieve targets
• Implement performance improvement plans
• Organize training, development, and team engagement activities
• Ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work environment

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of HR experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
• Experience managing or motivating sales teams preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to office timings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
