Role Overview

HR Executive (Entry Level)

fresh graduates or early-career professionals

You'll be involved in end-to-end hiring supportfrom sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboardingwhile learning how HR data and processes work in a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & interviewers
• Maintain candidate databases and update the ATS
• Communicate interview details, feedback, and follow-ups
• Support pre-onboarding documentation and HRMS updates
• Assist in MIS reporting, recruitment analytics, and KPI tracking (hiring numbers, time-to-fill, etc.)
• Prepare weekly hiring status reports
• Ensure adherence to hiring SOPs and data protocols
• Help document workflows and evaluation forms
• Contribute to employer branding activities (events, social posts)
• Coordinate basic reference/background checks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
• Internship or coursework in HR/recruitment is a plus
• Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
