Human Resources Executive

Role Overview: As an HR Manager at our company located in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, handling employee relations, updating HR policies, supporting performance appraisals, and ensuring statutory compliance. Your role will also involve preparing HR reports, analyzing data using Excel, and maintaining HR records. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring, interviews, and onboarding. - Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and support employee relations. - Maintain HR records and assist in updating HR policies. - Support performance appraisal processes and training coordination. - Assist in compensation & benefits and ensure statutory compliance. - Prepare HR reports and analyze data using Excel. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in HR or related field. - 4 years of HR experience. - Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Telugu & Hindi languages. Please Note: - This is a full-time, permanent position. - Working days: 6 days/week. - The work location is in person at our office in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam.,
