Job Description:

Dark Cell Properties is hiring a dedicated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be professional, punctual, and committed to achieving results in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

Conduct property site visits with clients and handle deal closures.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Provide excellent communication and after-sales support.

Strictly adhere to office timings and reporting structure.

Requirements:

2-wheeler is mandatory for client visits.

Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Punctual, disciplined, and dedicated to achieving results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream (12th pass with strong sales experience may also apply).
• Additional certifications in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
