Handle walk-in customers and provide detailed project presentations.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
Prepare and send quotations, booking forms, and customer documents.
Coordinate with the CRM, Accounts, and Documentation teams for booking and agreement processes.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to achieving team goals.
Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions in Excel and CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or any discipline
Experience:
2 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales (preferred)
Good understanding of
residential/commercial property sales process

Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and digital communication tools
