About the Role

Business Development Executive

at least 60 outbound calls per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Make

  60+ outbound calls daily

  to prospective business clients.
• Present and explain the

  white-label partnership model

  effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
• Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
• Identify decision-makers and create opportunities for partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in

  business development, sales, or telecalling

  (FMCG/white-label experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English + Hindi + local language preferred).
• Ability to handle

  high-volume outbound calling

  with professionalism.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
