Brief About Role:

The role entails KAM for E-commerce. Along-with delivery of meeting the monthly/annual revenue targets.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in successfully managing & running Ecommerce operations. Experience in Q-commerce shall be an added advantage.

KRA’s:

1)    Manage the daily sales on ecommerce/Q-commerce (like Amazon, Blinkit etc.)

2)    Proven record of delivering sell out growth month on month by 10-15%

3)    Actively taking ownership to reach out new platforms for on-boarding platforms

4)    Listing and cataloguing of products on platforms

5)    Working alongside in-house teams for ensuring material in-bound to all platforms

6)    Engaging with platforms for weekly, monthly reviews and meetings

7)    Structurally organizing the data and orchestrating sales reports

8)    Tracking conversion rate and work on levers to improve conversion rate

9)    Pro-actively coming on suggestions related to improvement of offer constructs synchronized basis campaign results

10) Maintaining daily logs of all metrics CAC, ACOS, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spends, Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR etc.

11) P&L accountability of Ecommerce, along-with ad spends and meeting revenue targets.
