About the Role We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to drive our white-label growth strategy. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential companies, initiating conversations, and building long-term relationships to help them launch our products under their own brand name. This role requires high energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle at least 60 outbound calls per day to generate leads, follow up consistently, and close partnership opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make 60+ outbound calls daily to prospective business clients. Present and explain the white-label partnership model effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication. Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel. Identify decision-makers and create opportunities for partnerships. Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and partnerships. Qualifications & Skills 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or telecalling (FMCG/white-label experience is a plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills (English + Hindi + local language preferred). Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with professionalism. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
