Job Summary

Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic HR & Organizational Development

  • Partner with leadership to define HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct manpower planning, advise on organization structure, and manage increment reviews.
  • Define and implement HR policies (recruitment, induction, leave, performance, and exit).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide HR compliance advisory.

B. Talent Acquisition & Specialized Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership roles.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
  • Head hunt for specialized positions and senior hires.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and ensure timely closures.

C. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Design and implement an integrated PMS, including PRP.
  • Drive goal setting and performance review processes.
  • Oversee PMS implementation, analysis, and reporting.

D. Training, Development & Employee Relations

  • Create and manage a structured training calendar.
  • Organize workshops and learning programs to build employee capability.
  • Lead employee engagement and grievance handling initiatives.
  • Manage exit interviews and full & final settlements.

E. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee HR administration: employee records, attendance, benefits, and email responses.
  • Manage HRIS systems to maintain accurate data.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, IT).
  • Maintain asset records and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
  • Support periodic HR audits to strengthen processes.

Engagement & Review

  • Monthly action planning in collaboration with management.
  • Quarterly progress reviews.
  • Daily huddle calls with HR resource and weekly leadership calls.
  • Documentation ownership under Vintillix Global Innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in tech/R&D environments).
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, policy creation, and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
