Experience: 1-2 Years Key Responsibilities: · Develop precise 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. · Apply GD&T standards, tolerance analysis, and fit selection for manufacturability. · Design mechanisms leveraging Engineering Design and Kinematics principles. · Generate CAM files, toolpaths, and collaborate with manufacturing teams. · Support prototype fabrication, calibration, and quality assurance activities. · Incorporate field/onsite feedback into updated CAD models. Required Skills & Expertise: · Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. · Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD/CAM workflows. · In-depth knowledge of mechanical design, machine drawings, and metrology. · Ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical product development. Bonus Skills: · Hands-on experience with prototype fabrication and field execution. · Familiarity with metallurgy, manufacturing processes, and stress analysis.
