About Us

Key Responsibilities

Since Veloris Global is in its startup stage, the HR Executive will be expected to wear multiple hats, contributing across HR, administration, and organizational setup.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Build candidate pipelines for BPO, IT, and customer support roles.
  • Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and contracts.
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor law requirements as applicable).

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize induction, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Work with management to set up performance review systems & appraisal processes.
  • Promote company values and help shape startup culture.

Payroll & Administration

  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Support admin tasks – vendor management, office operations, employee welfare.

Multi-role Contributions

  • Assist in client-facing HR-related compliance (outsourced HR services if required).
  • Support digital HR tools implementation (Zoho HR, ERP, etc.).
  • Be a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong internships in HR may also apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication (English mandatory, Hindi/Arabic added advantage).
  • Knowledge of HR software (Zoho HR, ERP tools) preferred.
  • Startup mindset – flexible, proactive, and ready to adapt to changing priorities.
