We are now launching our E-commerce vertical , starting with the UAE market and scaling across other GCC countries. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to lead this initiative, build a large-scale platform, and grow a team from scratch. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Platform Development Build a scalable e-commerce website from scratch, capable of managing 5,000+ products with multiple variants. Select and implement the right platform ( Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom solution ) to support both UAE and future GCC expansion. Manage product catalog setup: bulk uploads, categorization, pricing, and localization for regional markets. Integrate payment gateways, shipping partners, ERP/CRM systems, and regional tax (VAT/GCC compliance). Market Expansion & Localization Optimize the website for the UAE market initially , with adaptability for other GCC countries (Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain). Ensure language, currency, and compliance readiness for GCC rollouts. Research and implement best practices for cross-border e-commerce operations. Team Building & Leadership Recruit, train, and lead a specialized e-commerce team (developers, catalog managers, logistics coordinators, customer support). Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for e-commerce workflows. Act as the strategic lead for scaling operations across GCC markets. Operations & Growth Implement order management, returns, and customer service processes tailored to GCC customers. Collaborate with finance and accounting for pricing strategy, VAT handling, and performance reporting. Drive organic growth through e-commerce SEO optimization and product visibility strategies. Use analytics tools to track performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior, continuously improving UX. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce website development and management. Expertise in Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento (multi-country setups preferred). Strong knowledge of large catalog management (5,000+ SKUs) . Understanding of UAE & GCC VAT, payment systems, and logistics . Familiarity with ERP/CRM integration and automation tools. Leadership skills with the ability to build and scale a team from zero . As a fast-growing startup focused on UAE & GCC markets, we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in building our people and culture function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Since Veloris Global is in its startup stage, the HR Executive will be expected to wear multiple hats, contributing across HR, administration, and organizational setup. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Build candidate pipelines for BPO, IT, and customer support roles. Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and contracts. Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor law requirements as applicable). Employee Engagement & Culture Organize induction, training, and employee engagement activities. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong internships in HR may also apply). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication (English mandatory, Hindi/Arabic added advantage). Knowledge of HR software (Zoho HR, ERP tools) preferred.
