Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead recruitment for departments including R&D, QA/QC, Production, and Sales. Manage sourcing, screenings, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.

• Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthy work environment.

• HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll and benefits administration, manage HR documentation, and oversee full & final settlement processes.

• Performance Management & Development

• Coordinate appraisal cycles, identify training gaps, and facilitate employee learning and development programs.

• Compliance & Policies

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and pharmaceutical industry regulations. Assist with HR policy development and implementation.

• Employee Engagement

• Drive employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive, motivating, and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience

  in the pharmaceutical industry

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and pharma-specific statutory regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HRIS/HRMS tools is an advantage.
• High integrity and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
