Parekh Wire Cut is a fast-growing ISO 9001-2015 certified sophisticated Tool Room with units in Surat and Daman. We are equipped with advanced machinery such as CNC Wirecut EDM, EDM, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Surface Grinding, and Radial Drilling. We specialize in manufacturing and exporting Dies, Molds, Tailor-Made Machining Components, Turret Tools, Jigs-Fixtures, Template-Gauges, and UT Blocks. Additionally, we supply Plastic Moulded Parts and Sheet Metal Pressed Parts. Recently, we have developed a MINI MOLDING MACHINE for small batch plastic components.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling systems, reviewing performance and ensuring the overall efficient functioning of the Human Resources department

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and developing HR policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
