Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Surat. Our product range encompasses plastic molded parts, sheet metal pressed parts, and we have recently introduced a mini molding machine for small batch plastic components. As a Mold Designer based in Surat, you will be engaged in a full-time on-site role. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing and developing molds, executing design engineering tasks, and ensuring the efficient utilization of tooling design. Your duties will further include crafting intricate designs for injection molding processes and working closely with the production team to enhance mold performance. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess expertise in Mold Design and Mold processes, proficiency in Tooling Design and Injection Molding, and a background in Design Engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, alongside excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a prerequisite, and prior experience with CAD software is advantageous.,
